wget-1.9.1-r5 depends on net-proxy/dante if USE="socks5" is active - but why is that? surely enabling socks5 support in wget wouldn't need to install some socks-proxy on that same machine - the socks-proxy could be anywhere or just support is wanted but actual usage not intended at the time of compilation.

so i vote to drop the net-proxy/dante dependency on socks5-useflag.
