When I want to add an attachment to a bug, I go to eg. https://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=159176&action=enter and select the file. When I now select one content type from the list of content types (ie. plain text, HTML source, ...), the radio button will switch from "select from list" to "enter manually".

On the attached screenshot, pay attention to what radio button is selected. I'll attach another one showin that the selection changed.

I selected "PNG image (image/png)" from the list of values and all of a sudden, the radio button changed from "Select From List" to "Enter Manually".

This should NOT happen.
