I tried to compile media-sound/mumble, ebuild demands sqlite USE flag:
 >>> Emerging (1 of 1) media-sound/mumble-0.9.4 to /
 ...
  * You need to build Qt4 with the sqlite and/or sqlite3 use flag

But I did compile QT with sqlite3 USE flag:
# emerge -pv --nospinner qt sqlite
[ebuild   R   ] x11-libs/qt-4.2.2  USE="cups sqlite3 zlib -sqlite .... "
[ebuild   R   ] dev-db/sqlite-3.3.5-r1  USE=....

Maybe the error message or the sqlite test got wrong?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. blank system with no X and no QT
2. echo "x11-libs/qt sqlite3 -sqlite" >> /etc/portage/package.use
3. emerge media-sound/mumble

Actual Results:  
sqlite 3 gets emerged, qt-4.x, but no mumble
