No. Please use QMAIL_PATCH_DIR; the aim is *not* to make this yet another patch hell like qmail. I really need this "patch" as well, let's call it a feature! There are numerous people that use dynamic ips, they just need to authenticate through the smtp server of their ISPs. I really hope this changes very soon! Won't happen. This ebuild *only* includes patches provided by upstream, and will remain so.
