Even though it emerges fine and works this looks bad:

install: target `/var/tmp/portage/app-admin/tenshi-0.6/image//usr/man/man8/' is not a directory: No such file or directory
make: *** [install] Error 1
chown: cannot access `/var/tmp/portage/app-admin/tenshi-0.6/image//var/lib/tenshi': No such file or directory
