app-arch/unrar-gpl fails to compile without /usr/include/argp.h which is provided by glibc. glibc should be added to unrar-gpl's dependencies. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge unrar-gpl on a uclibc system
2.

Actual Results:  
unrar-gpl fails to compile because argp.h is included in opts.c and argp.h isn't present on systems without glibc

Expected Results:  
unrar-gpl should depend on glibc and compile

Putting a dep on glibc on a uclibc pretty much defeats the purpose of a uclibc system eh?

Maybe package.mask'ing it is a more clean solution.

no plans at the moment to add support for argp.h ... dont use this package ;)
