As the summary says, the version that got added to dev-util/dialog is neither on the Gentoo mirrors nor on *any* Debian mirror. Either remove the ebuild or add the appropriate distfile to our mirroring system!

I've put the file onto the mirrors, so we should be safe for now. Still if that happens again, we might want to consider adding the original upstream URL instead of Debians pool.
