net-misc/ipcalc does not have IPv6 support, so in my search for a replacement I came across libcidr which includes and example program for that.

The ebuild is tested on x86 and amd64 and does not have external dependencies.

Please consider adding to the tree.

Although ipcalc now supports ipv6 so marking Obsolete.
Feel free to re-open if you still require this adding.
