Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.cd /usr/bin
2.qfile -o *
3.

Actual Results:  
qfile report a file as obsolete that is in fact need & use by a package, also the file is critical for system health.


Expected Results:  
:) avoid report it so we won't kill our system
