This is a patch that allows the user to check what options were used when
installing a certain ebuild. The code also checks the current settings and
outputs  the differences. The feature is useful when changing compiletime
options as a way to see which ebuilds were installed using which options.

This is the patch generated by diff. The code edited is well commented and
actually quite trivial.

Sorry, forgot to check that I had the latest sources.....
This patch can be applied to the source as it is distributed, and run "out of
the box".

OK, I think it is time to mark this one as a wontfix or something. Portage and the utils associated with it have evolved.
