* Cannot find $EPATCH_SOURCE!  Value for $EPATCH_SOURCE is:

However the patch in the filesdir is designated ncbi-tools-asn2all.patch. Though its the same patch as in bug 169822 the log in viewcvs says:

Actual Results:  
Trivial to fix rename either the patch or fix the epatch line in the ebuild

Fixed in CVS. Thanks for reporting. (The patches are actually different, though.)
