We are missing the FGO type in there. I'll submit a patch against our sources if I have time, unless someone else steps forward to do it.

Added a header value for those messages to version now in use.

Anyone using this header for anything anymore, please either leave a comment to that effect here or contact me directly so that I know to make sure to include it in the 3.0.x upgrade.
