I tried to use qt-3.3.6 instead of qt-3.3.8 and disable arts, but these efforts seem useless.

You need to provide the actual errors and your emerge --info

What version of libart_lgpl? If 3.18 or 3.19, upgrade to 3.19-r1.

Sorry, I meant if you're using libart_lgpl-2.3.18 or 2.3.19 try upgrading to 2.3.19-r1
