spurious scsi interrupt usually happens when a irq conflict is happening, but ill assume your using another type of linux with it. If possible please try the dual-kernel livecd at www.gentoo.org/~livewire . type smp at the boot prompt. (wondering if its a apic problem) btw scsi disk and mouse are compiled in the kernel. reopen if -rc4 hasnt fixed this. Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux". I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers, this is the only reasonable way to do this. |
