x11-misc/notification-daemon on revdep-rebuild is wanting the old file name.
Not sure if its hardcoded or libtool or something else.

Add another symlink(ugggg), or fix something bigger.

Well sorry but library changing filenames is not a bug. If you have something about x11-misc/notification-daemon, that's probably things getting emerged in a wrong order by revdep-rebuild, pretty hard to tell since you haven't posted any errors or whatever.
