Attached the ebuild for KSniffer 0.2 (network sniffer for KDE, using libpcap). It would be nice if this got included in the main Portage tree.

This ebuild is for KSniffer 0.2. Only x86 is added to the KEYWORDS, I'm not sure which archs to set initially.

This obsoletes the ebuild attached to bug 153283.
