All Ptlink software homepage URL's links to nonexisting page and web server returns 404 error

1st URL from google gives URL http://software.pt-link.net which is also bad because it links to phpmyadmin on that server. As i remember some time ago the URL from google was valid and that in portage was then also invalid so

Reopen if you have a valid URL; it can't be empty.
