hello,
one of Polish ascii-artists, v|rus, made a a-a version of gentoo logo
for my /etc/issue some time ago.
i asked him if it would be ok to publish it, since i personally think
this should go into default distribution and would be a really nice 
feature for coming 1.4 final release.
i've added red color to it, enjoy!
(v|rus' signature is in upper part of 'g')

I think troy added this to linux-logo already.  Is there a colour version of this ascii art available, so that Welcome2L can be patched with it?

Will be in baselayout-1.8.6.4.  Changed the color to purple though =)
