Emerge fails with the following:
configure: error:

*** [Gentoo] sanity check failed! ***
*** libtool.m4 and ltmain.sh have a version mismatch! ***
*** (libtool.m4 = 1.5.22, ltmain.sh = "1.5.22 Debian 1.5.22-4") ***

Please run:

  libtoolize --copy --force

if appropriate, please contact the maintainer of this
package (or your distribution) for help.

As far as I read stuff about this problem I should report this so the Problem can be fixed by the maintainer. I have tried various ways in trying to workaround the Problem with the suggested libtool command and failed.
I did not change the ebuild yet. Will try that next.

In cases you wonder I did not cleand emerge since I installed it. I am on it but a little short on time so it takes a while. (My system is always behind the tree by 30 updates or so :P

Re-emerge libtool and try again.
