Description Marco Napetti 2007-02-10 09:08:58 UTC
After I successfully compiled dev-python/PyQt-3.14.1-r2 using my patch submitted in http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=155170
I see thant kde-base/pykde-3.5.6 can't compile.
I can't know if it compile before my patch, becaure PyQt can't compile without it...
I modified pykde-3.5.6-python-2.4.patch and now pykde compiles correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Marco, Would you try to compile PyQt with the ebuild patch in comment #42 from bug #155170?

This new ebuild will only apply the patch if it is necessary, which solves the problem of whether or not pykde will compile without your patch on PyQt. Tricky? yeah..

Please try with pykde-3.5.7 and reopen if this still applies.
