I updated the netscape-communicator-4.79.ebuild to 4.80 (actually Netscape 4.8
but since portage sees 4.8 as being older than 4.79 I made it 4.80).  I also
added a simple logic check to not overwrite the netscape-flash package.  The
logic is rather dumb and could be better since all I do is check for the
existence of flashplayer.xpt but it's better than nothing.  The ebuild is
attached.  It makes use of the same files that the old 4.79 ebuild uses (namely
the netscape launch script).  Hope I did everything right.

Can we get this into portage? I use Netscape for web dev, and I'd like access to 4.8. I don't really see a reason to keep 4.79 in there.
