Bug 165580 – app-portage/portage-utils-0.1.23 - RGB values in color map are not supported

After the latest version of app-portage/portage-utils (0.1.23) was stabled and I emerged it, I started getting the following error at the end of every 'emerge --sync':

/usr/bin/q: [yellow=0xAA5500] RGB values in color map are not supported on line 1 of /etc/portage/color.map

My /etc/portage/color.map is as follows:
yellow=0xAA5500
WARN=0xAA5500
MERGE_LIST_PROGRESS=0xAA5500

The first line is there to change yellow characters to dark red (much easier to read on the standard white konsole background).

If the /etc/portage/color.map syntax has changed it is not documented anywhere (actually I think /etc/portage/color.map syntax is not documented anywhere at all).

Sounds like a dup of bug #148757.  Portage-utils only supports escape sequences in the color map.

Indeed.
