It seems that one of your installed packages has a mysql atom that's missing the category part. This will probably help you identify the file containing the bad dependency string: find /var/db/pkg -name "*DEPEND" | xargs egrep '(^mysql|[[:space:]]mysql)' | grep -v 'mysql?' In svn r5897 I fixed it to show which package triggered the error. This has been released in 2.1.2-r8. |
