Obviously gettext, intltool are only DEPENDS and it's missing one for pkgconfig while rest are both RDEPENDS and DEPENDS. And while fixing those, make it look more like ebuild skeleton by reordering IUSE placement and such..

Also camorama-0.16.ebuild is obsolete and can be deleted (no keywords stopping doing it, and it doesn't compile with GCC4)
