After updating Mozilla Thunderbird to newer version Enigmail extension is lost. Command "equery files enigmail" shows files that don't exists anymore. Manual "emerge enigmail" is required. It is always necessary. It is 4 or 5 time. It's getting annoying.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge "mozilla-thunderbird"

Actual Results:  
No more Enigmail extension.

Expected Results:  
Can You bump Enigmail revision when You add new version of Thunderbird? This ebuild is fast even on 1GHz VIA Nehemiah. Note that it must compile after Thunderbird.

No, we can't do anything about this ATM. Leaving the stuff there breaks TB install. Feel free to reopen with a patch.
