AxKit-XSP-Util and AxKit-XSP-Param are taglibs used in many XSP applications.
Time-Piece is a dependancy of AxKit-XSP-Util.
Geo-Weather is used in a popular XSP tutorial.

I'd rather you use the g-cpan.pl that comes with recent versions of portage.
