Bug 164639 – media-sound/madplay: add IUSE=alsa for --with-alsa

The madplay ebuild in portage does not have any support for passing --with-alsa to the configure script. Since OSS is currently deprecated (and the default), this use flag should be added so users who don't (or can't) use OSS can still use madplay without hacks like aoss.

Readded in -r1, thanks.

that was not only a matter of adding the use flag, configure script will bail out if you want esd and alsa at the same time, for now the ebuild prefers esd.
