Compiles fine,
Collisions: none,
Installs fine,
Works as expected...
Can someone test if the iPod feature works?
0.1.3 version use embedded dcraw version (8.41). They say because 8.x version brakes command line interface. I find that quite ugly : we have a wonderfull dependancies manager that can help us to deal with this ;) Follow a patch and ebuild to use external dcraw. Created attachment 109092 [details, diff]
kipi-plugins-0.1.3-external-dcraw.patch
The patch that disable compilation and usage of internal dcraw copy

kipi-plugins-0.1.3.ebuild
Ebuild with a sane dependancy on dcraw, adding patch, and updating some depandancies (remove libexif and replace with exiv2)
Thanks for your efforts, Guillaume: You saved me a lot of headaches ;) Maintainers ... please take this new build over to our portage-tree! I can confirm that Guillaume's ebuild and patch installed and works correctly for me. Thanks! I have just added kipi-plugins-0.1.3-r1 to the tree. I had read this patch, meant to bump it and integrate, forgotten and then just read this again as I was double checking bugzilla... Hopefully this bug has everything - I do agree using an external dcraw is preferable. Hopefully this has everything integrated. In future we do prefer diffs to the latest ebuild in portage - it allows us to easily spot your proposed changes and integrate them. Thanks for the report. |
