What do such packages as atlantik, atlantikdesigned and monopd do in kdebase against kdegames?

You know, there's no kde-games category, so it will just stay where it is... Closing on Flameeyes' request.

I'm so sorry :(
I meant not a category but meta-package. Some time ago it was not in kdegames-meta but in kdebase-meta, and I decided to submit this bug, but only now. 
And now I notice that all is ok.
