The linux player and the released source code is seriously out of date. Your best shot is probably to 1) Bug up stream (They use linux, so the probably have a build kicking around) 2) Use another client that supports last.fm (amarok, rythmbox, banshee) Created attachment 108027 [details] backtrace log for lastfm I create this full backtrace as described in http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/qa/backtraces.xml, except for re-emerging only media-sound/lastfmplayer instead of world, is it enough or I have to re-emerge world with debugging parameters? added backtrace Looks like a dupe of bug #149618 (In reply to comment #5) > Looks like a dupe of bug #149618 > Yes, there is no any soundcard in "Tools->Options->Radio-Soundcard" and ~/.config/Last.fm/Client.ini already contain string "soundcard=0". And lastfmplayer always crashes on pushing button "Play". I configured ALSA drivers as described in http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/alsa-guide.xml and other apps playing sound fine (Gnome, Audacious, MPlayer and Psi). Is it need to reopen bug #149618 and duplicate this one or just leave it as NEW? can you please check again with lastfm 1.1.3? Created attachment 109938 [details]
lastfmplayer-1.1.3: complete build log
This is complete build log for failed lastfmplayer-1.1.3
(In reply to comment #7) > can you please check again with lastfm 1.1.3? > emerge of lastfmplayer-1.1.3 failed, I attached full build log. My system is up to date (I perform 'emerge --newuse --deep system' before emerging lastfmplayer). Also I tried to emerge it with two different qt-4 installed (qt3support and -qt3support), results be the same. can you please open a separate bug about this? It is amd64 specific I think (In reply to comment #10) > can you please open a separate bug about this? It is amd64 specific I think > I've opened new bug #166626. |
