SDL-1.2.11.tar.gz has not entered the distfiles mirror system.  This is probably because libsdl.org is currently down and appears to have been for quite some time.  I managed to find a copy of SDL-1.2.11.tar.gz, which presumably could be injected into the distfiles mirror system.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge media-libs/libsdl-1.2.11

Actual Results:  
SDL-1.2.11.tar.gz cannot be downloaded and the emerge fails

Expected Results:  
SDL-1.2.11.tar.gz should download from a distfiles mirror
