psemu-cdriso plugin saves and loads "cdriso.cfg" file in $HOME directory while should be better if it uses emulator cfg directory.

with this patch it saves and loads "cfg/cdriso.cfg" file from working directory, so, using pcsx, it saves and loads "$HOME/.pcsx/cfg/cdriso.cfg"
