Treecleaners, could you please remove guile-www and guile-pg. Their homepages (http://www.glug.org/) are no more. Nothing depends on them according to "equery d -a guile-{www,pg}".

Treecleaners are not removing packages that have an active maintainer... Also, missing homepage is not much of a reason for removal if the thing still works.

Your tool is broken. sci-chemistry/coot depends on guile-www.
