ebuild fails with error:
cabac.h:513: error: can't find a register in class 'GENERAL_REGS' while reloading 'asm'
According to http://tonelli.sns.it/pub/mplayer/etch/mplayer_1.0~rc1-9.diff this is due to some inline assembly which will only compile with certain optimisation flags.
