Hi,
attached you find the ebuild for this new version of the IBM JDK.
I just user the one from 1.3.0 and updated the source file name and
the changed the javasrc.jar to src.jar

Available as dev-java/ibm-jdk-1.3.1 and dev-java/ibm-jre-1.3.1
