the old patch doesnt apply with strace-4.5.15

also, i would just apply it all the time rather than based on CHOST

None of the ebuilds actually work on fbsd, and we're not keyworded so just drop the patches for now.

strace wants BSD /proc mounted, we cannot do it.
Just remove the patch
