Confirmed, has anyone filed upstream yet? (In reply to comment #1) > Confirmed, has anyone filed upstream yet? See URL... (the upstream summary is wrong) I'm completely unable to reproduce this in any app I've tried, including firefox. I don't have thunderbird available, and that's the only app mentioned. Can someone give me an example of a program that fails? Okay, so far, only certain types of dragging in mozilla-based programs are failing. Everything else seems to work fine. Example: in firefox, I can drag links around, but I can't drag bookmarks around. (In reply to comment #4) > Example: in firefox, I can drag links around, but I can't drag bookmarks > around. Well, example - broken in www-client/mozilla-firefox, mail-client/mozilla-thunderbird, net-ftp/gftp - simply doesn't work... Okay, I've masked gtk+-2.10.7. Hopefully upstream will fix this... For the record, gftp works fine for me. Reopening apparently needs a comment Added patch to revert the bug fix that caused regression for the most probably broken mozilla libraries, as we can't exactly fix mozilla-firefox-bin and other -bin's. 2.10.7-r1 should be fine now for thunderbird, mozilla-firefox and seamonkey. The reverted bug fix is a more of a corner case, more at the upstream bug URL (including details on how mozilla libs are broke). Thanks, d'n'd works again with this patch... *** Bug 162582 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** actual URL is http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394525 but after http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=107689 I found https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=355248 I am gonna esync & rebuild things. |
