grcm-0.1.5.ebuild
a few pointers : 1. keywords don't start out like all ~arch, only add tested archs (most likely only the one you're on right now). 2. depending on the gnome meta package is not a good idea, we want the real deps. If people can do with just libgnome and libglade for example we don't need them to have all of gnome + extra apps installed. 3. since its a gnome2 package, use the gnome2 eclass. 4. Only a src_install is not good, at least the src_compile step should be there. right now all building takes place in the install step, which is only meant for installing the packages in the portage tmp dir. This is a bad mistake, read the ebuild writing docs. With the gnome2 eclass you probably don't need any of these steps anyway (they're there, but theyre inherited). |
