Bug 162090 – dev-cpp/gconfmm-2.12.0 configure fails

# emerge -ND world
fails to compile dev-cpp/gconfmm-2.12.0 . I recently switched to the x86/2006.1/desktop profile, have lots of USE (most obviously not relevant) flags and march=athlon64 . 

First, "running autoheaders" fails, but silently.

then configure goes :

./configure: line 2501: syntax error near unexpected token `scripts'
./configure: line 2501: `AL_ACLOCAL_INCLUDE(scripts)'

( see the whole result in 'Actual Results' )
Note that glibmm remerges ok (though there's a bug filed for AMD64 platforms).

1. # emerge gconfmm

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Merge gconfmm successfully... I guess it's a dependency of some kind, but
# equery d gconfmm
fails saying :

 Package instance has no attribute 'get_postmerge_deps'

Everything is said. My system was almost up-to-date! Can you tell me if the bug file is useless?
