Bug 161859 – openoffice-2.1.0 fails build with seamonkey ("mozilla-xpcom was not found")

openoffice-2.1.0 isn't building successfully since mozilla is not installed.  With the useflags "seamonkey -firefox" or even "-seamonkey -firefox", the build fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I've got just seamonkey installed: no firefox, no xulrunner.  I then tried installing openoffice-2.1.0.  When this didn't work, I tried disabling the seamonkey use flag, but it still did not work.
Actual Results:  
I get this near the beginning of the build:

checking for mozilla-xpcom ... Package mozilla-xpcom was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `mozilla-xpcom.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'mozilla-xpcom' found

Though there is no mozilla-xpcom.pc, there is a seamonkey-xpcom.pc file in /usr/lib/pkgconfig.  I don't think openoffice is supposed to support seamonkey, yet app-office/openoffice/ChangeLog claims that it does.
