The latest version in portage doesn't work in Zope-2.9.5.
However, newer versions have been released, and do work.
The ebuild only needs a filename change and new SRC_URI:

SRC_URI="http://www.infrae.com/download/FileSystemSite/${PV}/FileSystemSite-${PV}.tgz"

Which version did you test? 1.4.2? 2.0? 2.0a?
