As stated in http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=131715#c7 there is a patch to add this support.  It has been added upstream already, but I need it for upgrading libkudzu.

The patch is at http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=85797 already, so no point in attaching it.

ive added pciutils-2.2.4 ... that should fill your needs
