Hi, I'm not shure if this should go here. I have reported this bug to gnome (Bug 367289) and the bug was fixed by Carlos Garcia Campos in cvs. The bug was reported for ubuntu, but I can confirm the same bug in gentoo (I run both distros) with evince 0.6.1.

The fix from that bug does not apply to 0.6.1.  Too much has changed in the interim.  I'm going to have to wait until upstream backports the fix.
