The version number doesn't mean anything. I just copied the latest ebuild for
alsa-lib.
I think that the concensus is that the CVS ebuilds are generally discouraged unless absolutely necessary. Personally I don't think that we need it for ALSA. Closing as WONTFIX. You can always keep the ebuild in a local portage tree for yourself. Thanks for the submission. |
