your system is broken some how ... my guess is your glibc install is corrupt or your weird mounts are screwing it all up Aah yes, sorry, my mistake. I had set up /var and /usr as symbolic links to elsewhere, which I now see portage doesn't like. They're bound (mount -o bind) in place now, which is much nicer. Thanks for your help. |
