Because of stabilizing ppp-2.4.4-r4 there is no capiplugin.so from the capi4k-utils-20050718-r1. In capi4k-utils-20050718-r2 there is a patch which builds the needed plugin. Without this all users of ppp and ISDN can't connect to the Internet anymore.
