The file currently present on the distfiles mirror(s) is bad, as in it's broken in it's current state.

(The one in /tmp is directly fetched from the URI present in SRC_URI, the one in $DISTDIR is the one from the mirrors).

That happens if you got something other on your head .. I grabbed the wrong tarball from upstream as comparison .. Sorry for the bugspam.
