Alright, thanks. You should try the 7.2 server. I'm not sure when it is to be released, so please unmask media-libs/mesa-6.5.2 and x11-base/xorg-server-1.1.99.903-r1 and give them a try. If you don't feel comfortable doing this, you can wait until it has been properly released, which should be soon. Re-open the bug once you've given it a try. Bug still exists with xorg-server-1.2.0! Same stacktrace as above. (In reply to comment #7) > Bug still exists with xorg-server-1.2.0! Yes it has worked. Also X segfaults only sometimes when
executing the same applications. It seems as if it depends
on the internal state of OpenGL.
This sounds like https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9926 . Do you agree? Does this still happen ? If so, have you got a test application ? x11-base/xorg-server-1.1.1 is not in portage anymore; please close this bug, or update if still exist. => CLOSE or TEST-REQUEST Please test with something uptodate. |
