Simply put, because I'm 7000 miles away from my dev box, working on an install for work that has literally exploded in my face. And I'm getting my ass handed to me by my own sales people who are covering their ass.

Yes, the problem persists, seems that emerald ebuild has not yet been updated properly.

0.1.2 is out of the tree and 0.1.3 is in the tree, so the issue is mute now. Enjoy the new version ^.^;;
