Similar to http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=157320. Just add the following line in the ebuild to make it work:

SRC_URI="http://www.xfce.org/archive/xfce-4.3.99.2/src/$MY_PN-$MY_PV.tar.bz2"
